In collaboration with the division of Early Intervention under the Department of Education and GPLS, the Hagatna library, along with all five branch libraries, serves as a venue for the parents, their children and the staff of the Early Intervention program to meet and interact with each other. We have developed a partnership to promote literacy, sing songs and perform puppet shows for these preschoolers. Activities take place both indoor and outdoor the library. This program is also open to other children visiting the library.
