WE OFFER:  

Talking Books. Unabridged books and magazines are available in recorded format.  Braille Books. Books and magazines are available in Braille. 
Large Type Books. Books and magazines printed in larger than normal type. Large  type books about subjects relating to visual and physical disabilities can be borrowed  with a Guam Public Library System card.  

ELIGIBILITY:  

Visually Impaired
* The legally blind.  
* Those unable to read with normal corrective lenses or special aids.  * Those with visual-perceptual disorders or neurological dysfunctions.  * Those who can’t turn pages or hold a book.  
 (Must be certified by a medical doctor).
